Over 12 days and 11 nights, you’ll immerse yourself in tropical forests, remote eco-lodges, and some of Colombia’s most thrilling wildlife hotspots—guided by a world-class team of photographers and biologists.

Trip 1: El Paujil Reserve (4 Nights)
A stunning sanctuary alive with frogs, reptiles, insects, birds, and hidden nocturnal life. Expect lush trails, pristine forest habitats, and world-class macro opportunities at every turn.
Trip 2: Bahia Solano (4 Nights)
A breathtaking Pacific coastal rainforest known for vibrant biodiversity and surreal nighttime exploration. Capture species few photographers have ever seen, guided by experts who know exactly where to look.

FAQs
Can I arrive earlier or leave later?
Yes—extra nights in Bogotá or Medellín can be arranged on request.
What should I bring?
Your camera gear, headtorch, spare batteries and memory cards, suitable clothing, some local currency, and plenty of energy. A full kit list will be provided closer to departure.
Do I need vaccines?
Check with your doctor well in advance for recommended travel vaccinations for Colombia.
Can I speak to the team before booking?
Absolutely. David and Aran are happy to chat through any questions you may have.
Who else will be on the trip?
Macro photographers of all skill levels. A WhatsApp group will open a couple of months before departure so everyone can connect and ask questions beforehand.
I’ve never been in the jungle—will I cope?
You’ll be fully supported. The team will guide, advise, help find subjects, and shoot alongside you every step of the way.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes—three flexible payment options are available:
- Pay the full amount at booking.
- Pay 50% on booking and the remaining 50% by 1 February.
- Pay an initial deposit by 1 October, then 5 equal monthly payments in November, December, January, February and March.
